Wigboldus Consultraining Links is specialised in the mix of consultancy and training for works councils, European works councils and related groups. I strongly believe in the importance and contribution of works councils, both as an instrument of bearing responsibility in a company and as an institution that creates added value for company and employees alike.
Delivering training in English, both for Dutch and non Dutch groups, is part of my expertise. This expertise has grown through a co-ordinating role in the EU project on Employee Board Level Representatives, various EWC training courses, works council training for Dutch based multinationals, training for South African trade unions for 8 years in succession, and a variety of academic conferences on HRM and employment relations, as well as working relations with colleagues in countries like Germany, Belgium, UK, and South Africa.
